The Gables gives a high priority to the safety
of our children therefore all our nurseries have a security camera and
intercom entry system. We also have rigious systems for collecting
children, and our health and safety policy ensures high levels of
security and safety awareness amongst all staff.

Our nurseries recognize the importance of having
key carer system, to ensure that measures and procedures are in place to
meet children and parent’s individual needs at all times. Their key
carer will be fully involved in the child and parents settling in
process, everyday experiences and activities, maintaining all records
and developmental monitoring.

At our nurseries we understand that leaving your
baby or child for the first time is not always easy we try to make it as
stress free as possible by offering settling in sessions and Ensuring
that there is every opportunity to find out all you wish to know.There
are regular parents evenings giving opportunities to discuss your
child’s progress with key carers, as well as open days and
newsletters.Parents are encouraging to contribute to their child’s
developmental records and are also welcome to offer suggestions towards
our themes and activities.
